A great way to use eggplant!
1 eggplant - cut into cubes
1 can chick peas - drained
½ of 796mL can chopped tomatoes
red pepper ~ ½ tsp less if you wish it less spicy
turmeric ~ 1 tsp
garam masala ~ ½ tsp
garlic, minced ~ 1 tsp
ginger, ~ 1 tsp
